The Emma Scott Presents gigs started in September 2007 with an intimate gig at the Little Civic in Wolverhampton.

Radio presenter Emma had been trying to get some of her favourite bands a gig, and whilst working with The Civic doing various DJ sets, she asked them if she could hold a gig at one of their venues.

They said yes, and Gundogs, Beat Union, Newbreed and Science Versus Romance were booked. 4 bands who Emma knew and mostly importantly, liked!

The gig was completely sold out, and people were being turned away at the door.

What a great start!

Emma had the bug, and word got round that the Emma Scott Presents gigs were quite good;-) They are an excellent platform for any band who wants to play at decent venues and get a massive amount of exposure too!
